Winemaking： After fermentation and maceration, 100% of the wine is aged in French oak (10% new) for 8 months.
Tasting Notes： Casillero del Diablo Reserva Pinot Noir is a delicate and bright ruby-red colored wine with enticing aromas of ripe red fruits with notes of strawberry, raspberry and subtle hints of spice and toasted French oak. On the palate the wine offers a medium body and is fruit-forward in style. Flavorful and fully textured, this Pinot Noir has a balanced acidity and a pleasant and persistent finish.
